WTI Partner:
User profile: We collect data when users create or update their “WTI Partner” driver accounts. This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profile picture, Driver’s license (which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender, and photo).
Location data (Driver): WTI Partner App collects this data when the Driver app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device. This is used to calculate distance travelled to provide ETA to the employees. And this also gives driver location to the employees for their tracking or their car.
Location is also used to provide tracking service to the family and friends of the user when they are using cabs for safety and security of the commuter.
Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the operating systems and versions, device model & device motion data.
Communications data: We enable Driver & Employees or Administrators to communicate with each other through phone calls.
WTI has implemented numerous security features to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Please be advised, that WTI is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet (electronic mail services).
